When I went to bed last night, I had every intention of getting up early and hitting the free weights at the gym.

But then I had trouble sleeping, and it got to the point where I wouldn’t have enough sleep before I had to get up.

So I decided to run after work instead.

But I was a little late getting home and running in the cold and dark wasn’t appealing tonight.

So I decided to go to the gym to run on a treadmill.

But it was a lot busier than I expected.  So instead of 5 miles, I only ran 3, but I spent some time pushing myself out of my comfort zone during that 3.

But I got it done!  Even if it wasn’t the original plan.
